How to purchase products

• We had a problem with credit card transaction system of product 006 (special price $49). But the problem was now solved. Please try again if you could not buy the product.(2001/12/31)
• If you would like to buy Network/Site License as the use of IT center or no commercial use of company, please contact us.(2002/1/15)

Network/Site License

Credit Card (On-line Transaction)

1. Go to "Shopping Page".
2. Choose products. Then press "Buy" button.
3. You will jump to "Online Transaction Page".
4. Type your credit card information and your address.
5. Press "Buy" button to complete transaction.
6. You will be informed of your ID and password.
7. You will soon receive an e-mail from IES Inc. with your ID and password.
8. If you have decided the http server where you put manipula math applets,
   • Go to network/site license registration page.
   • Input your http server address, your ID and password.
   • IES Inc. remake the products for your site.
   • You will receive an e-mail within a week with the www address of download site.
9. If you have not decided the http server where you put manipula math applets,
   • Go to network/site license registration page.
   • Input your ID and password.
   • You will receive an e-mail within a week with the www address of download site.
   • To upload manipula math applets to your http server, you need to register your http server name at network/site license registration page

Check

1. Please fax your purchase order to the following number.
   +81-429-82-0292 (81 is the country code of Japan)
   Please include the following information.
   
   • The name of your organization, address, phone#, FAX#, e-mail address and contact person.
   • The name of products and the amount of your order.
   • http server name where you plan to put manipula-math applets, for example, "http://www.ies.co.jp".
2. IES prepares the products for your site, and we will send an e-mail with a password that is necessary to download the products. It takes about a week to finish the process.
3. Please send a check to IES after receiving the invoice.

Single User License

1. Click "Shopping(Single Licence)" in the left frame to go to the shopping page.
2. Choose the products of your choice, then press "Buy" button.
3. You will jump to "Online Transaction Page".
4. Type your credit card information and your address.
5. Press "Buy" button to complete transaction.
6. If the transaction is successful, you will soon receive an e-mail from IES Inc. with your ID and password.

7. Go to "Download Page".
8. Input your ID and password to download the products.
9. To install the software, you need to input your password.

If you have trouble....

Reported trouble with product 006
(Trigonometry, Calculus, Geometry 1, Geometry 2 and Vector set)

The setting of Internet Explorer 6.0.

1. Choose "Internet Options" from "Tools" menu.
   
2. Click privacy tag, then set the security level "Low".
   
3. Click "Ok" button. then quit IE6.0.
4. Restart IE6.0. Then follow the instructions of purchasing the products.
5. After your purchase, please reset the privacy option "Medium" or higher.
